First Coast AI Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and free AI assessment, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
When you complete our free AI assessment, we collect:
- Contact information — your full name and email address
- Business information — your business name, location, and operational pain points
- Financial estimates — approximate weekly hours that could be saved and your hourly time value (used only to calculate a savings estimate)
- Current tools — software and tools your business currently uses
- Scheduling preference — preferred days/times to meet, if you request follow-up
We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics if you have not opted out.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and email you a personalized AI automation proposal
- To send our team an internal summary so we can prepare for a potential consultation
- To follow up with you if you request it
- To improve our assessment and service offerings
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate this site. By using our site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services under their respective privacy policies:
- Anthropic — powers the AI assessment chatbot and proposal generation. Conversation content is transmitted to Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — hosts this website and runs our serverless functions. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- Google — we use Gmail to send emails and Google Analytics to understand site traffic. See Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
Assessment data is retained in our email inbox for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. We do not store your data in any external database.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt out of any follow-up communications at any time

6. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. 7. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use any other tracking cookies.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store credit card or payment information. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
